Dress Code

The following school district dress code must be followed:
  • Shoes must have soles, no "flip flops," wheels, or high-heels
  • Shirts must not contain slogans or advertising that are controversial or obscene, or that are spiked or studded
  • All shorts, dresses, and skirts must be at fingertip length
  • Shorts and pants must fit at the hips and must not sag, and must be hemmed, not frayed
  • Tops, shirts, and blouses must not be cropped, must cover the mid-section of the body, must have straps at least three inches wide and should cover the shoulders; no "spaghetti" straps
  • Headgear is allowed only when there are designated special events
  • Hair should be of natural color (not green, purple, blue, or any unnatural colors, no mohawks, fauxhawks, or decorative designs shaved into hair) and not distract from the educational setting
  • The principal retains the authority to grant exceptions for special occasions and/or special conditions.

***Students not in compliance will be asked to call home and get proper attire.
